What is the process for ordering wholesale pins?

Use our online product creation portal to start with the basics by clicking on "START CUSTOMIZING" in the upper right-hand corner of this page. Once you've nailed down the style and quantity of your pins, the real fun begins! Design every aspect of your custom pin. If you have a design ready, simply upload that design to our portal - or, if you're more of a "back of the napkin" designer, work with one of our in-house graphic designers to bring your idea to life. Once your order is submitted, we'll send a digital mockup within 24 hours. If you approve, we'll create a sample pin for your final review - and then, with your blessing, we'll push to full production.

Is it possible to see a sample of my customized wholesale pin?

Absolutely! We offer complimentary digital samples of your wholesale pin design. This means we'll create an actual sample of your design, selected customization options, etc., and upload a high-resolution photo of the sample to our portal for your review. Customer satisfaction is paramount, so we want your final approval before we proceed to full production. If you would prefer to receive a physical sample of your pin, we can arrange the sample shipment to your address - simply pay the shipping cost.
